If you recieve a .DLL error, a service called "rundll32.exe" could have been disabled. To start this service open Start > Run and type rundll32 or rundll32.exe. Also try running a registry cleaner or delete & download the DLL file again. If you have CSHELL-error, you must download the new open beta client.
